This Privacy Policy describes how Sound of Love with Luca (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use RoxBuddy (the “Service”), including this website, our waitlist, and the RoxBuddy app.

Waitlist & marketing signups

If you join our waitlist or mailing list, we store your email address and may send you launch updates, beta invitations and related product news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us.

Sharing

We use trusted processors for hosting, analytics, payments, email delivery and AI-assisted coaching features. We do not sell your personal information.

AI coaching and plan generation may use third-party language-model providers. Those providers receive only the coaching context we send — not your raw activity data from connected platforms unless explicitly described below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. Contact us using the details below.

Third-party integrations — Strava

RoxBuddy connects to Strava via the official Strava API when you authorise it. We access activity data such as distance, pace, heart rate and elevation to display workouts and power in-app analytics. Strava activity data is not sent to third-party AI providers.

• Data isolation: your Strava data is only displayed to you.
• Retention: synced Strava activities are automatically deleted after 7 days, in line with the Strava API Agreement.
• Disconnect: disconnecting Strava revokes access and deletes synced Strava data from our servers.
• No resale: we do not sell or license your Strava data.

Third-party integrations — WHOOP

When you connect WHOOP, we access recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, strain and workout data to provide personalised coaching and readiness insights.

• AI coaching: only derived readiness signals are used for plan adjustments — not raw WHOOP biometrics.
• Retention: synced WHOOP data is deleted after 30 days.
• Disconnect: disconnecting or deauthorising WHOOP deletes your WHOOP data from our systems.
• No resale: we do not sell or license your WHOOP data.

Other integrations

If you connect Garmin, Apple Health, Health Connect, Amazfit or other supported platforms, we process only the data needed to provide the features you use. Each platform’s own terms and privacy notices also apply.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Strava activity data is retained for a maximum of 7 days; WHOOP data for a maximum of 30 days unless you delete your account sooner.
